Terms of Service

Last updated September 7, 2026

Welcome to GGO Academy, at https://ggo-academy.borgrise.com (the "Service"). These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Service ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is built for TikTok Shop creators and the coaches who guide them. When you use features that involve TikTok, you must also comply with the terms and policies of TikTok and TikTok Shop.

Accounts

To sign up you provide a valid email address and choose an account type: creator or coach. The account type cannot be changed afterwards. A creator can create workspaces and accept invitations from coaches; a coach cannot create workspaces and only sees what a creator has chosen to share.

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account; if you believe someone else is using it, contact us right away.

What the Service provides

The Service is a content workspace: you create one workspace per TikTok account, and in it you plan content, research products and videos, and trace how your published videos perform.

Many features depend on third-party data and APIs, including TikTok, TikTok Shop, and publicly available product and video information. That data comes from third parties; we present it as faithfully as we can, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or continuously available.

Research findings, breakdowns and suggestions in the Service are produced by automated processes, including AI models, and are for reference only. What you film and what you sell is your call; we do not promise any views, sales or income.

TikTok authorization

Some features require connecting a workspace to a TikTok account. The connection is made through TikTok's official authorization flow; the data you authorize us to read on your behalf is listed in the Privacy Policy.

You may only connect TikTok accounts you are entitled to authorize. One TikTok account can be linked to one workspace.

You can disconnect at any time from the workspace settings, or revoke access from TikTok's own authorization settings. When you disconnect, we delete the corresponding access tokens and stop reading.

Coaches and creators

A coach invites a creator by email. Only after the creator accepts can the coach see that creator's workspaces, and only to read, never to change. Either side can end the relationship at any time.

If you are a creator, decide for yourself whom to share with. If you are a coach, you may use what you see only for coaching; you may not copy, forward or otherwise use it.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • use another person’s account or TikTok account without their explicit authorization;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or authorization scopes, or reverse-engineer, scrape or bulk-automate the Service;
  • submit content you have no right to submit, or use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing or fraudulent;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service or put other users at risk.

If you break these rules we may restrict, suspend or terminate your account.

Your content and ours

The plans, ideas and notes you create in the Service belong to you. To provide the Service (storing, displaying, generating research, and showing it to a coach you have authorized) you grant us the licence needed to process them.

The software, the interface and the automatically generated analyses are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use those results within the Service; you may not repackage and sell them.

Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and will never charge you without your consent.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or when security, legal or operational reasons require it. After termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that the Service is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of revenue, profit or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the Service or by email; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
